PURCHASED THE VEHICLE ON OR ABOUT 6/4/2017 - NO ONE ADVISED US OF THE OPEN RECALLS ON THE VEHICLE - WITHIN A FEW WEEKS, ENGINE MAKING LOUD NOISE. SVC DEPT SAID OPEN RECALL, WE WILL PUT YOU IN A RENTAL TILL IT'S FIXED - AT LEAST 2 MONTHS FROM NOW - NOT ACCEPTABLE. I DID NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE ONLY TO BE PUT IN A SMALL RENTAL FOR MONTHS
