TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM PROMASTER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHILE STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT AND ATTEMPTING TO DRIVE, THE VEHICLE SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL INDEPENDENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ROYAL GATE DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM LOCATED AT: 15502 MANCHESTER RD, ELLISVILLE, MO 63011, TEL: (636)394-3400, TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE OR PRODUCE A FAULT CODE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 116,000.
