THE STEERING ARM FROM THE RACK TO THE LEFT WHEEL ASSEMBLY JUST SNAPPED WHILE DRIVING ON A SMOOTH CITY STREET AT A LOW SPEED LEAVING THE CAR COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL.
