Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 NISSAN MAXIMA. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WHILE DRIVING OVER BUMPS OR POTHOLES, THE CONTACT HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE STRUT AREA OF THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DUBLIN NISSAN (2046 VETERANS BLVD, DUBLIN, GA 31021 (478) 275-2660), BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DIAGNOSED OR DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000.
