TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD EDGE. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE DOME LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. ALSO, WHILE IDLING AT ANY STOP, THE VEHICLE BEEPED AND THE DOOR AJAR INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. ADDITIONALLY, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOOR LOCKS DID NOT LOCK. THE FAILURES WERE NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
