Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 HONDA PILOT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SOUND OF THE HORN WAS TOO LOW TO ALERT OTHER DRIVERS OF HIS PRESENCE WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE HORN WAS TOO LOW AND IT NEEDED TO BE CHANGED TO A DUAL TONE HORN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE DEALER WOULD NOT PAY FOR ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WAS GIVEN CASE NUMBER: 05709111. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000.
