Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR LOCKS FAILED TO LOCK AND UNLOCK THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER'S DOOR HANDLE FAILED AS WELL. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO OPEN THE VEHICLE FROM THE EXTERIOR BUT NOT THE INTERIOR. THE CONTACT HAD NOT TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 170,000.
