TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FOCUS. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WHILE ATTEMPTING TO DRIVE, THE VEHICLE HESITATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CLUTCH ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE CLUTCH ASSEMBLY WAS PREVIOUSLY REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,000.
