Consumer Description

MY PASSANGER SIDE OF REAR WINDOW JUST SHATTERED AND SCARED MY 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND I. IT WAS ABOUT 23F IN DOVER, NH AT 10:50AM I USED THE REMOTE STARTER TO START THE TRUCK BEFORE HEADING OUT WITH MY DAUGHTER. THE TRUCK RAN IN THE DRIVEWAY FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. WE BOTH GOT IN THE TRUCK AND I STARTED TO SLOWLY BACK DOWN THE DRIVEWAY WHEN WE HEARD A VERY LOUD BANG JUST AS I WAS BACKING INTO THE STREET. WHEN I LOOKED BACK I SAW THE PASSANGER OF THE BACK WINDOW SHATTERED. I CAME INSIDE AND RESEARCHED WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO HAVE THIS FIXED, I SAW HUNDREDS OF POSTS OF THE SAME THING HAPPENING TO OTHERS. THIS IS CLEARLY A DEFECT THAT FORD IS NOT TAKING CARE OF! THE TRUCK IS A 2013 F150 SUPERCAB WITH 26K MILES IT HAS THE SLIDING GLASS WINDOW WITH DEFROST.
