Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD ESCAPE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE NOTICED THE LINER ON THE DRIVER SIDE OF THE DASHBOARD BEGAN TO SEPARATE FROM THE FRAME. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DASHBOARD SEPARATED FROM THE FRAME AND IT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 37,000.
