"TAKATA RECALL" AS I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY ON 11/2/2016 MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS COMPLETED STOP WORKING. ITS A RECALL ON MY BALL JOINTS IN THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MODULES(RECALL NUMBER 25302).AS STATED BY THE CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE CENTER, THERE NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE BECAUSE THEY JUST DON'T HAVE THE PARTS TO FIX MY CAR. I PERSONAL THINK SOMETHING CAN BE DONE IN THE MATTER OF MY FAMILY SAFETY. I FEEL LIKE NOTHING HAVE BEEN RESOLVE IN THIS MATTER AND WOULD LIKE FURTHER ASSISTANCE. *TR
