2003 FORD WINDSTAR. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO REAR AXLE REINFORCEMENT BRACKETS RECALL NOTICE REPAIR ISSUES. *SMD THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED THE BRACKETS WERE INSTALLED CORRECTLY. HOWEVER, THERE WAS A CRACK IN THE AXLE. *JB
