TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FOCUS. WHILE STARTING THE VEHICLE, THE DOOR AJAR ALARM WOULD NOT TURN OFF UNTIL THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED. ALSO, THE DOOR AJAR WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 42,000.
