Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT COULD NOT OPEN THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE DOOR FROM OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE WHILE IT WAS PARKED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE AND REAR DRIVER SIDE DOORS WOULD NOT OPEN FROM THE OUTSIDE EITHER. THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE DOOR ALSO FAILED TO OPEN, BUT WAS REPAIRED BY THE CONTACT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE OTHER DOORS WERE NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 162,000.
