Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD EDGE. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, THE DOOR AJAR INDICATOR ILLUMINATED WHEN THE DOOR WAS CLOSED AND THE INTERIOR LIGHTING RANDOMLY ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DRIVER'S DOOR SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
