TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD EDGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOOR AJAR WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO DRIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000. UPDATED 12/01/16*LJ THE CONSUMER ALSO STATED THE WARNING BUZZER WOULD NOT GO OUT WHEN THE DOOR WAS CLOSED. THE DEALER CLEANED THE DOOR SWITCH . UPDATED 12/15/16.*JB
