THE PARTS FOR THE REPAIR WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
