Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 TESLA MODEL X. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 TO 60 MPH, THE WINDOW WAS DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. THE WINDOW TRIM BECAME DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE TRIM WAS REPLACED. THE FAILURE DID NOT RECUR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,600.
