TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, AN ODOR OF EXHAUST OCCASIONALLY ENTERED THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER ON APRIL 12, 2013, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 85,000.
