AFTER BEING STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT THE FRONT DRIVER TIRE BLEW CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO VEER LEFT, IMPACTING A CURB THEN VEERING RIGHT IMPACTING A GUARDRAIL. VEHICLE WAS TOTALED.
