TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE JERKED VIOLENTLY AS IF THE TRANSMISSION WOULD DETACH FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOUR TIMES FOR THE SAME FAILURE AND THE TECHNICIAN REPROGRAMMED THE COMPUTER; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49,001.
