TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION LINES WERE DEFECTIVE. THE CONTACT NOTICED TRANSMISSION FLUID ON THE GROUND WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED. THE CONTACT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND FOUND THAT THE TRANSMISSION LINES WERE COVERED WITH TRANSMISSION FLUID. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR FURTHER INSPECTION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,856.
