TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 KIA SORENTO. WHILE ENTERING THE DRIVER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE, THE DOOR FAILED TO OPEN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BAR ON THE DOOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 74,000.
