TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD FREESTAR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT HIGHWAY RATE OF SPEED, THE ENGINE BACK FIRED AND DRASTICALLY REDUCED SPEED CAUSING THE CONTACT TO HAVE TO DRIVE LESS THAN 30 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS AWAITING A DIAGNOSIS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,834. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
