Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. AFTER REMOVING THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH AND EXITING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE ENGINE AND THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS REMAINED ON. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 131,000. UPDATED 01/27/16*LJ *JS
