TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 HONDA CIVIC. AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE AND VIBRATION COMING FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE INTERMITTENTLY WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE LOWER MOTOR MOUNTS AND SIDE MOTOR NEEDED TO BE REPOSITIONED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 896.
