TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD EDGE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 2 MPH, THE DOOR LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE CONTACT HAD TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE DOOR THREE OR FOUR TIMES IN ORDER FOR THE LIGHT TO DIM. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 53,052.
