TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER LEAKED UNDER THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE MECHANIC ADDED DYE TO THE REFRIGERANT TO DETERMINE WHERE THE LEAK WAS LOCATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 93,000.
