Consumer Description
MY VAN HAD A RECALL 11S25 FOR A FAULTY TORQUE CONVERTER. I HAD IT REPLACED 8/7/2013 WITH 72690 MILES AT HUFF FORD IN WYTHEVILLE, VA. IT STARTED HAVING THE SAME SYMPTOMS LAST TUESDAY. I HAD IT CHECKED AT HUFF FORD IN WYTHEVILLE, VA, THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM, BUT IT CONTINUES TO "SHUDDER" AT DIFFERENT TIMES. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE TORQUE CONVERTER BEING COVERED BECAUSE OF THE RECALL I WAS TOLD THERE WAS ONLY A 12 MO 12000 MILE WARRANTY. IS THAT ALL FORD IS REQUIRED TO DO FOR THIS CONTINUING TORQUE CONVERTER/TRANSMISSION PROBLEM? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
