TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HESITATED AND JERKED BEFORE ACCELERATING. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION PROGRAM NEEDED TO BE UPDATED. THE REPAIR WAS PERFORMED, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE.
