Consumer Description

I HAVE A 2010 MERCURY MILAN. THIS HAS BEEN AN INTERMITTENT PROBLEM: SOMETIMES THE CAR FEELS LIKE IT DOES A HARD GEAR SHIFT--THE WRENCH LIGHT COMES ON AND THE CAR LOSES POWER. I STILL HAVE POWER STEERING AND POWER BRAKES BUT PRESSING ON THE GAS DOES NOTHING. IF I TURN OFF THE ENGINE AND RESTART, IT IS FINE--SOMETIMES FOR A FEW MINUTES AND SOMETIMES FOR A FEW MONTHS. *TR
