NHTSA Complaint #11431678 — 2010 MERCURY MILAN HYBRID

The contact owns a 2010 Mercury Milan Hybrid. The contact stated while driving 30 MPH, the contact depressed the brake pedal and the vehicle failed to immediately respond. The contact stated that the ABS warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was towed to a local mechanic and upon investigation, the contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V904000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic) however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and confirmed that the VIN was not included in the recall. The failure mileage was approximately 114,000.
