TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 MERCURY MARINER. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE STOPPED AT AN INTERSECTION, THE VEHICLE STARTED TO JERK VIOLENTLY. AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE AXLE SEAL WAS LEAKING FLUID FROM THE TRANSMISSION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE AXLE SEAL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIR AT THIS TIME. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 76,537.
