TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET IMPALA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR DOOR LOCKS MALFUNCTIONED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT HE COULD ONLY LOCK AND UNLOCK THE DOORS MANUALLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. HOWEVER, THE CONTACT WAS UNAWARE OF THE REPAIRS NEEDED TO REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 28,000. UPDATED 9/29/14*CN
