TL * THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LINCOLN TOWN CAR. WHILE TURNING THE VEHICLE AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE POWER STEERING FAILED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTER WAS DEFECTIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 147,224.
