TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V529000 (STEERING) WAS RECEIVED APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR AGO. AFTER CONTACTING THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT, THE PARTS WERE STILL NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED THE FAILURE.
