Consumer Description

THE DOOR SENSOR SAYS THE DOOR IS OPEN AND EVERY TIME THE VEHICLE STOPS OR SLOWS DOWN, THERE IS A BEEP AND THE SENSOR ON THE DASH SAYS TO PUT THE CAR INTO PARK .THE DOOR IS NOT OPEN YET THE CAR SAYS IT IS. IT IS DANGEROUS BECAUSE IF THE DOOR REALLY DOESN'T CLOSE WE WOULDN'T REALLY KNOW. THERE IS ALSO AN ANNOYING BEEP THAT IS CONSTANTLY GOING ON TO ALERT US TO THE FACT THAT THE DOOR IS AJAR, BUT IT REALLY ISN'T. IT CAN BE VERY DISTRACTING. AFTER THE CAR IS OFF THE INDOOR LIGHTS STAY ON BECAUSE THE CAR THINKS THE DOOR IS STILL OPEN. THIS NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO AND I BELIEVE SHOULD BE RECALLED. I SPOKE WITH ANOTHER OWNER AND THEY HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM! *TR
