Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 13V529000 (STEERING) HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE TIME FOR REPAIR. THE CONTACT RECEIVED THE RECALL LETTER DECEMBER 2013 AND THE DEALER ADVISED THEY ONLY RECEIVED ONE PART PER WEEK HOWEVER, THE CONTACT WAS PLACED ON A WAITING LIST TO HAVE THE TIE ROD REPLACED AUGUST 2014. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TIRE ROD HAD ALREADY FAILED AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 32,000.
