Consumer Description
I WAS ENTERING A SHARED MERGE LANE AND ATTEMPTED TO ACCELERATE INTO THE TRAVEL LANE ON MY LEFT. IT WAS RAINY AND I ATTEMPTED TO ACCELERATE BRISKLY. THE TRUCK SHUDDERED SHARPLY, LOST POWER AND WENT INTO "LIMP HOME" MODE. SEVERAL VEHICLES HAD TO MOVE SHARPLY TO AVOID ME AS I RETURNED TO THE MERGE LANE. THE VEHICLE RETURNED TO NORMAL WITHIN MINUTES. THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES SINCE. ALWAYS RAIN AND BRISK ACCELERATION. THE DEALERSHIP COULD NOT SEE A DIAGNOSIS FROM THE COMPUTER. THEY WERE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM, SAID I WAS CURRENT WITH THE SERVICE BULLETINS, AND SENT ME ON MY WAY.
