TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S FRONT DOOR FAILED TO OPEN FROM THE OUTSIDE AND ALSO FAILED TO STAY CLOSED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT IT TOOK MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO SUCCESSFULLY CLOSE THE DOOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS AWAITING DIAGNOSIS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 91,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
