Consumer Description

I OWN A 2010 FORD FOCUS. THE BACK DOOR ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE WILL NOT OPEN OR CLOSE. THE DEALER WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE FIXED IT BUT IT IS BACK TO NOT WORKING. THIS SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO MY SON WHO OWNS A 2008 FORD FOCUS. I THINK FORD NEEDS A RECALL ON THE 2008 AND 2010 FORD FOCUS. *TR
