Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 NISSAN MURANO. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE TECHNICIANS STATED THE FRONT BUMPER ON THE VEHICLE HAD THREE SMALL HOLES WHICH ALLOWED DEBRIS INTO THE ENGINE AND DAMAGED THE CONDENSER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 34,600.
