Consumer Description

I HAVE A 2000 FORD WINDSTAR THAT I HAVE HAD SINCE IT WAS PURCHASED NEW. TODAY WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY, I HEARD A LOUD POP. THE VAN STARTED TO FEEL FUNNY IN THE REAR, ALMOST LIKE I HAD A FLAT TIRE. I PULLED OFF THE ROAD AND UPON INSPECTING THE REAR WHEEL, NOTICED IT WAS LEANING IN AT THE TOP. I LOOKED AT THE REAR AXLE AND IT HAD SNAPPED IN HALF. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THIS WAS INSPECTED IN JANUARY FOR THIS VERY SAME RECALL. MY FAMILY WAS WITH ME AND COULD HAVE BEEN INJURED OR KILLED BECAUSE OF THIS. *TR
