Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD EXPLORER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED STATE INSPECTION BECAUSE THE REAR COIL SPRINGS WERE FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY A LOCAL MECHANIC. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THERE WERE NO RELATED RECALLS TO THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT BEEN NOTIFIED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 200,000.
