Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED WHEN OPENING THE REAR WINDOWS TO ALLOW AIR TO FLOW THROUGH THE CABIN, THE FRONT PASSENGER AND DRIVER'S SEATS WOULD VIBRATE EXCESSIVELY. THE DEALER ADVISED THE VIBRATION WAS NORMAL AND THERE WERE NO FAILURES WITHIN THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY COMPLAINTS SIMILAR TO HIS AND WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THERE WERE NO REPAIRS MADE TO THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 6,000 AND THE CURRENT WAS 13,000.
