2002 FORD EXPLORER BALL CRANK BROKE*CW THE CONSUMER STATED THE BALL CRANK BROKE WHEN HE ATTEMPTED TO SHIFT FROM PARK TO REVERSE. THE CONSUMER'S MECHANIC MADE NUMEROUS CALLS IN SEARCH OF THE PART NEEDED, ONLY TO DISCOVER THE ENTIRE STEERING COLUMN HAD TO BE PURCHASED AT A COST OF $1,395.00. *JB
