Consumer Description

I PURCHASED A 2000 TOYOTA TUNDRA WITH ONLY 107K MILES ON THE ODO. THIS WAS JUST BEFORE TOYOTA ANNOUNCED A MINOR RUST RECALL. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE LOCAL TOYOTA DEALERSHIP AND TO MY SURPRISE THEY TOLD ME THAT THE ENTIRE FRAME WAS COMPROMISED. I HAVE NOW BEEN WITHOUT A VEHICLE SINCE THE 28TH OF DEC BECAUSE MY LOW MILEAGE TRUCK WAS DEEMED UNSAFE FOR THE ROAD. TOYOTA HAS YET TO OFFER A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. *TR
