THERE WAS A RECALL ON REAR WINDSHIELD GLASS ON CERTAIN FORD MOTOR COMPANY VEHICLES. THE INSURANCE COMPANIES INVESTIGATION DETERMINED THAT THE DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY THE CONSUMER'S VEHICLE WAS FROM A FLAW IN THE REAR WINDSHIELD GLASS.
