WHEN THE CONSUMER OPENED THE HATCHBACK THE GLASS PORTION OF THE HATCH DETACHED FROM THE BACK OF THE TRUCK. THE DEALERSHIP INDICATED THAT STRESS CRACKS IN THE PANEL UNDERNEATH THE WINDOW CAUSED THE FAILURE. *AK *NLM
