TL* THE CONTACT OWNS 2007 VOLKSWAGEN EOS. THE CONTACT STARTED THE VEHICLE AND THE LOW OIL LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE STEERING WHEEL WAS ALSO EXTREMELY TIGHT AND DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED AFTER ONE HOUR. THE WARNING LIGHT WAS NO LONGER ILLUMINATED AND THE STEERING WHEEL RESUMED NORMAL OPERATION. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS LEFT WITH THE DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING FURTHER INSPECTION. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 38,000.
